C&A performs the complete service: research, interviews, writing, editing, and securing customer approval. Satisfaction surveys

C&A has conducted many partner satisfaction surveys for companies like Sun and HP/Compaq. C&A helps design the survey and its questionnaire, conducts all partner interviews, and prepares complete reports including specific responses, overall satisfaction statistics, conclusions and recommendations. One client followed C&A’s recommendations and improved joint selling effectiveness by 25% as measured by two successive satisfaction surveys conducted a year apart.


Jim Callan holds bachelors and masters degrees in mathematics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Jim served Vice President and other executive roles in Marketing and Sales for several high tech companies before founding Callan & Associates. His office is in Belmont, CA. His interests include fly fishing at his ranch in Montana that he rents out when he’s not there:, and playing softball. He is currently president of the Santa Clara County Vintage Softball League,, a league that welcomes men and women 50 and over from the greater San Jose area.
